Being a Grimsby Town supporter it has had its ups and downs, ok at the minute it is hard work being a Mariner especially we now face my 3rd season following them in the Blue Square League, just hope we can bounce back to the League soon U.T.M.

First Game

My 1st GTFC game was in 1982 when Leeds Utd visited Blundell Park, the score was 1 v 1 with Kevin Kilmore scoring for Town, it will be remembered for all the wrong reasons as Leeds went on the rampage in our Town and I was terrified.

Best Game

Apart from Wembley both old and new, I have 2 games, 1 being winning away at Plymouth Argyle 2 v 1 on a Tuesday night in 1992, and the other stopping Newcastles proud 11 winning streak in the same year.

Worst Game

There has been plenty of lows as a lifelong Mariner, but possibly when we went to The Millenilum Stadium in 2006, we were red hot favourites to beat Cheltenham in the play-off final, only for us to lose 1 v 0.

Everything about the stadium is absolute brill.

Totally the opposite of above, it was just a dive.
