About ronbcfc

First Game

Bristol City 0-3 Southampton, Worthington Cup 3rd Round, October 2003. Big loss, but the bug stuck.

Best Game

Crystal Palace 1-2 Bristol City, Play-Off Semi final first leg, May 2008. Last minute winner from David Noble against all the odds, after a battling away performance in a packed Selhurst Park and a superbly vocal away end.

Worst Game

Millwall 1-0 Bristol City, Coca-Cola League 1, April 2007. We could have sealed promotion that day, but never turned up and were soundly beaten by a team with nothing to play for.

A real, old-fashioned football stadium. A superb away end with terracing, and a low roof, always a superb atmosphere.

My only visit to Huish Park was on a freezing cold New Year's Eve 2005, where it chucked it down. A half empty ground with an uncovered away end, simply awful.
