Farul Constanta have announced plans to build a new stadium, named after Romanian legend Georgie Hagi.
The Liga I club will build a new 18,000 capacity ground at a cost of around £85m. The stadium will be built to UEFA Category 4 specifications and also incorporate a separate 1,000 seater training stadium.
The club has been playing home matches this season at the 4,500 capacity Stadionul Viitorul after their traditional home ground fell into a state of disrepair.
