16th September 2023. Rochdale v Barnet, National League 4-2. Four separate stands, all covered, terraced home end. Has been improved and updated but retains the feel of a League ground and still has the traditional 4 floodlight pylons, one in each corner. Reminds of pre sat Nav days when you found the ground by looking out for a glimpse of floodlights.
Previous visit 1986 (I think) Rochdale v Hartlepool Div 4 2-1.
Fine if driving and plenty of parking in what appear to be perfectly nice safe side streets. However it's nowhere near the town centre or station and at least a half hours walk.
Possibly the best food I've had at a football ground, a meat pie with mushy peas and gravy, absolutely perfect, ok gravy could have been hotter but a small point.
