Nice and easy, for me anyway as I know it so well, nearest train station is prittlewell on Greater Anglia, or if you fancy going through the town centre, hop off at Southend Central on the C2C line.

Average facilitates you'd expect at a ground like this, nothing to be down about.
Fantastic price ranges here, worth it as well.
