It doesn't look too bad but I still don't like this ground because there is no atmosphere.
Easy to get to by road and rail.
Well it isn't going to be comfy sitting on a broken seat with a low view and no leg room.
The toilets are full of graffiti and stink.
Average.
Average.
No atmosphere whatsoever.
