trebor has rated Lerkendal Stadion 4.0 out of 5.
The stadium is large for the league being based in a fairly large and isolated city and is also home to Norway's most successful club. All stands are of equal height with opposing ends of similar capacities.
It feels more like a UK stadium than European.
Plenty of bus routes from city centre which is 20 mins away there's also a train station next to ground but buses are more frequent in Trondheim, didn't see much in the area food and drink wise.
Thankfully it was dry as the side stands would not be covered by a roof, plenty of leg room and with stands raised no obstruction from pillars or pitch side staff.
Very clean with Hot water.
Prices are similar to UK stadiums which says more about how expensive they are as this stadiums prices are closer to the localities based shops and cafes.
Very good Coffee that is buy the cup and refill as you please
A few stewards at entry points, Police were there but not visible yet this is true of the city itself which is very safe.
Crowds are dropping due to the clubs form which has been lean for half a decade, after thirty years where they won the league about twenty times. The ultras from both sides made an effort and kept going all game
