trebor has rated VBS Stadium 2.5 out of 5.
A odd looking ground with very little seating, promotions have come quicker than ground developments could match. Although on a nice day the open bank terrace is quite pleasant. Covered Terrace, all seated away ends and a seated main stand, hard flat standing on perimeter.
Next door to West Sutton Station served by Thameslink which is an hour from St Pancras. Buses to ground serve Morden Station on the Northern Line. Very little in the vicinity a decent sandwich bar across the road.
If dry you're in a pleasant stadium with banked open terracing giving a good view, if it's wet arrive early with crowds growing you will struggle to find a spot to stay dry otherwise. View good apart from edge of the recreation stand which has a tin shed blocking the view.
Looks like portacabins have been placed around ground after promotion, still a bit scruffy and don't look like they are looked after.
Seemed ok and as its London competitively priced. No cover at any van. I didn't see any Pies.
Nothing to do even with a London away side.
Very quiet both home and away fans hadn't sang a single song. But being London based its a relief as few clubs there sing anything other than generic copycat stuff
