"Helpful stewards"

I arrived at the ground and was told that there was a designated smoking area at half time. Good start.

I got into the ground to see that my seat was way too high for me - I suffer from vertigo. I told the steward and he very kindly directed me to one of the few empty seats down the front.

All the stewards I encountered were friendly and welcoming which I notice as a former steward myself.

Location

Getting to and from the stadium was a bit of a pain as I had a Plusbus ticket which wasn't accepted on the shuttle buses.

Police & Stewards

Stewards were excellent. I didn't see many police.

Atmosphere

The atmosphere in the away end was amazing but the home sections seemed very quiet until Reading got their late consolation goal. It was a wonder strike.
