Visit 25th March 2017 VCD v Brentwood Town. 1-1. Ground no 295 visited on this site. Hard to believe this ground is tucked away in SE London suburbia, there is a bowls club and tennis courts as well. One small stand, cover down one side and two open ends so basic but perfectly adequate and all very nicely maintained. Crowd was 65.
Updated for 2nd visit on 5th October 2024 as part of the SECL Ground Hop, evening kick off. VCD Athletic v ????? All previous comments still apply and there was a nice atmosphere in the clubhouse and a good crowd for this game. I came by bus and it was relatively straightforward.
