One of, if not the best NWCFL away days I've had.

Location

Train from Liverpool to Atherton. The station is a few minutes walk from Crilly Park and actually runs behind one of the goals.

Excellent seated stand with a great view over the ground. Wherever else you choose to stand you have an uninterrupted view of the ground. Opposite the main stand is a covered terraced area. And given the slope at the ground if you stand at the 'Housing End' you look down the pitch to the 'Railway End'

Facilities

Excellent. Small, but very tidy modern club house. Plans to develop and extend this. A small portacabin serves food which had a good selection and good value

Atmosphere

280 attended including a decent number from Ossett. The excellent pre match music set the tone for an excellent day out, in hot sunshine. ALR won 1-0.
