Wrong result but a great evening, + good game including 2 Worldies!
Easy to drive to just off the motorway & round the corner from Chorlton, which has got loads of places to eat & drink. The ground itself is down the end of a leafy lane and opens out to a tidy ground.
Standing on 4 sides. Club house behind one goal has a small seated area, the opposite end has the famous 'Shed' where home supporters create a good atmosphere. Two sides - one more or less used for players / staff car parking, the other a grass embankment.
Good. Busy clubhouse + several pop - up stalls around the ground.
Good - lots of beer sold!!
No Police - no need. Stewards were all good sorts.
Haven't been to a game at this level with atmosphere as good, incl at The Bowl in Feb 22.
