"Good away day"

98MattJones' review of Aggborough

The ground is just short of 2 hours drive away from Wrexham and it is an okay drive. There is plenty of parking at the ground and nearby even on a busy match day. The train station is very close which is good for away supporters. Really easy to find as it sits next to a main road near the town centre.

I've stood on the terrace and sat in the seats on the side where the away fans are situated and the view is very good in both stands. The seats are comfortable and there is plenty of leg room.

The facilities inside the away end are really good. There are plenty of toilets in the concourse and at the side of the away terrace for men and women. Very clean too.

Before you get in the ground there are a couple of club bars which always have a good atmosphere inside them but they do get full so get to the ground early if you\'re planning on going to one of them, and the pubs near the ground are good for a drink too and are a bit quieter. All reasonably priced for a beer. Inside the ground the food is that of Premier League standard! Brilliant, you do get long queues but they seem to go down quite quickly, the food and drink in the ground is expensive however.

Always plenty of Local and North Wales police and stewards around when we visit because we travel in large numbers but they all seemed fair when I've been.

Overall, I love visiting there and it is one of my favourite away days.

Atmosphere

In and around the ground prior to kick-off the atmosphere is great for non-league. The local support is very vocal behind one of the goals, but we usually sing loud too so you don\'t hear them over us. All the fans I\'ve seen there have been friendly and no hassle.
