"Nice family club, however....."

Really liked the ground, friendly fans, had a good chat with the volunteers in the refreshments area, however......was shocked to see the home team coach and manager abusing an away fan stood near me in the first half. It happens of course but even some of the home fans near me appeared disappointed. Not the best example for what appears to be a positive, family club.
