Italian side Empoli have announced plans to overhaul its Stadio Carlo Castellani.
The Serie A club are planning to spend £45m to completely rebuild 3 sides of the stadium. The redevelopment will take up to 3 years and will eventually increase the capacity from 16,100 to 18,600.
The works will see the ground's running track removed with stands moved closer to the pitch, as well as a new car park with 1,300 spaces.
