The new 8,000 seater UEFA Category 4 stadium will cost an estimated £100m and also include residential space as well as areas for retail and offices.
Work is planned to start in 2023, foxing Gibraltar to play their upcoming Euro 2024 qualifiers in neighbouring Faro, Portugal.
