French side Montpellier have confirmed the location for their new stadium, on the outskirts of the city.
The Ligue 1 side will start to build their new 25,000 seater stadium in the suburb of Perols - approximately 7 miles away from the city centre. The location is much closer to the sea as well as being near the region's airport.
The new ground will be called the Stade Louis Nicollin after the club's former owner. The wider complex is expected to cost £160m and will include an esports arena, office space, hotel and restaurants, plus a club shop and museum.
The new stadium is planned to open in 2024.
