Dulwich Hamlet have secured planning permission to build a new 4,000 capacity stadium.
The new ground will be built right next to the club's current Champion Hill Stadium, with the current structure demolished and replaced with housing.
No date has yet been set to start work, but the club's status in East Dulwich looks to be secure with a 125 year lease agreement in place.
