Norwich City have purchased 2 patches of land adjacent to Carrow Road which could be used to expand the stadium.
The club play at one of the smallest grounds in the Premier League, with a capacity of just 27,300. The expansion is needed at the Canaries regularly sell out, averaging over 99% full so far this season.
No plans have yet been released by the club, who may be looking to secure Premier League survival before investing off the field.
