While football (called Soccer in Canada) may not be the most popular sport in Canada, it is slowly gaining a following.

He played for many distinguished clubs like the prestigious PSV Eindhoven in the Netherlands and in England with Port Vale.
Airfield represented Scotland on the youth level but then opted for the Canadian national team and is their current captain.
