Premier League February Games Preview

Premier League February Games Preview

As the most-watched pro football league in the world, it won't surprise you that there's a big audience that follows the EPL. The Premier League's viewing figures are likely to continue to go through the roof, with an influx of great games set to take place this month.

There are a handful of footy matches to watch out for in February in the Premier League. If you love football, this preview will go a long way towards updating you on the EPL's upcoming matches and give you an inkling of what to expect. These highlights and previews will serve as insights and predictions to help you make better betting decisions.

The availability of Premier League matches varies from country to country. Sky showcases the beautiful game in the UK, although BT Sport and, to a degree, Amazon also have matches you can watch live. The level of quality in broadcasting means that even if you can't get a ticket to the game, you can still watch the game and win real money when you bet on the matches.

As the UK's premier satellite broadcaster, Sky and its SkyBet sportsbook are the place to bet. SkyBet football predictions are your go-to platform for advice related to football, and you can also wager on the most attractive EPL matches from Skybet, as mentioned.

Top Premier League Matches in February

Runaway league leaders, Manchester City, may have a seemingly insurmountable lead at the top of the table, but there are a few banana skins to successfully navigate this month. The Citizens must host high-flying Brentford (now armed with Christian Erikssen after the January window) in February. A week later, the title favourites travel to Carrow Road to take on Norwich. February comes to an end with crunch games against Conte's Spurs on February 19 and away at Goodison against a now Frank Lampard-inspired Everton.

The other side of Manchester have had a diabolical season thus far, and things aren't looking like they are going to get better for Man United in the coming weeks. A quick trip to Burnley followed by a home match against bogey team Southampton four days later can be expected. Brighton at home on the fifteenth, the dreaded Leeds clash at Elland Road on February 20 and Watford at home on February 26 should all be matches you'd expect a Man United side to win. This Man United side, though?

Elsewhere, if Liverpool or Chelsea are going to put pressure on league leaders City, they are going to need to do it soon, and Leicester could play a hand in both. Liverpool are going to have a harder time of it, facing Leicester (Feb 10) first, before Chelsea (who don't have many matches this month, so should be refreshed) take on the Foxes at Stamford Bridge on February 26.

There are matches for the neutral, too. Fellow strugglers Newcastle and Everton both had decent transfer windows and will lock horns on February 8. Wolves versus Arsenal may be tasty for the neutral on February 10, especially if favour backing ties. Leicester take on West Ham on February 13, and that could prove to be a big-paying away win for the Hammers. Wolves may also cause trouble for both Leicester and West Ham inside of a week, when they host the Foxes on the twentieth before travelling to the London Stadium on Sunday, February 27, to round off the month.

Why Bet on the Premier League in February?

February is a great time to bet on the EPL. With both European and domestic cup competitions returning, and players still just returning from AFCON, favourites must often turn to reserves and youth to complete their crammed fixture lists. The potential for upsets is massive. If there is a month when betting on the underdog or away sides with fewer fixtures to triumph pays dividends, it is likely to be this month.
