It has been a short time since the unexpected transfer was announced. Legendary Portuguese football player Cristiano Ronaldo decided to leave European football and join Al-Nassr, in Saudi Arabia. As soon as the transfer fee was known, everybody found out why this agreement worked out. Ronaldo became the highest-paid player in the world as Saudi Arabia paid 300 million for him. Well, if you are not new in football, then you will not be surprised by Ronaldo's decision as this is not the first time he made the decision because of the transfer fee. The same happened years ago when he left Manchester United for Real Madrid, for 94 million EUR which was a world record for that period.
Yes, Saudi Arabia paid much but they were already defeated in the semi-final of the Saudi Arabian Super Cup. Before the transfer of Cristiano Ronaldo, Al-Nassr had a few main stars that propelled them to success in 2022.
