Football Clubs With the Biggest Casino Partnerships

Football Clubs With the Biggest Casino Partnerships

In 2025, football clubs and casino sponsors built even tighter ties than before. These deals go far beyond a logo on a shirt. They pour real cash into the clubs and help them stay in the race. Still, many fans raise eyebrows at how betting companies get so close to sports. Some see a smart money move, while others fear a bad influence. But these contracts do way more than decorate uniforms. They pay for training and fresh paint in the locker room.

Benefits of Partnership Between Casinos and Football Clubs

When a football club links up with a casino, both walk away with something useful. Clubs get a boost in their wallet. Casinos get their name out there. The club spends on players, coaches, or fixing up the stadium. The gambling company grabs attention from people across the globe.

These deals help casinos speak to millions of fans in one shot. Football pulls in people from every corner of the planet. A casino logo on a shirt or pitch gets shown on screens everywhere. That grows the brand faster than old-school ads ever could. Bundesliga fans start finding bonus codes for Germany casinos as they want to connect with football themes during off-seasons. When your favourite club promotes some company – isn't it a gesture of trust? So people start gambling more.

Casino sponsors can pay for local programs and young player training. That helps the club look well and builds new links with the city. It also proves that investments help football in general. When they team up, both sides plant seeds for later.

Premier League Teams and Their Sponsors

EPL teams locked in huge deals with gambling companies. These deals bring bags of money and open new doors off the pitch too. Starting from the 2026–27 season, Premier League clubs will no longer feature gambling companies as front-of-shirt sponsors. But such ads can still appear on shirt sleeves and in other advertising spaces: LED boards and stadium signage.

  1. Everton joined forces with Stake.com in 2022. The partnership pays the club about £10 million each season and includes their name on shirts, banners around the field etc. But in February 2025, Stake.com dropped its UK licence after talks with gambling regulators so the future of the deal is uncertain.
  2. Aston Villa signed a deal with Betano in 2024 that was worth up to £40 million over two years. That's the biggest shirt deal in their history that helps them keep club projects on the wheels.
  3. Newcastle started working with Sportsbet.io in 2023. They don't share exact numbers but the main focus is global reach. The club speaks to fans in Asia and South America. Together, they roll out online promos and special content for international followers.
  4. Fulham teamed up with SBOTOP in 2023. The deal brings in around £10 million each year. It helps the club with promotion work and matchday events. People can see the sponsor's name on shirts and posters in the stadium.
