A new 50,000 seater football stadium has been proposed to be built in the city of Las Vegas.

The stadium would be built on the famous strip and feature a retractable roof and view of the Vegas skyline. It is part of a wider $10bn development which would also feature a 30,000 capacity basketball stadium.

If the stadium happens, it would be the latest in a series of major sporting investments in Vegas, after NFL's Oakland Raiders relocated there in 2020. MLB's Athletics will also relocate to Vegas in 2028.

New football memorabilia website launched

New football memorabilia website launched

Wednesday 18th March 2026

I've been busy working on a few new projects over the past few months — you may remember rivals.football, a site dedicated to Britain's football derbies that launched last year.

The first of my new projects is now live: footballmemorabilia.club

It's a simple idea — the site searches eBay for rare and interesting football memorabilia, then brings it all together in one place.

You can browse items by club, with sections covering over 30 of the UK's biggest teams, as well as general categories like football shirts, Subbuteo, football boots, pin badges, programmes, ticket stubs and more.

If you'd rather not keep checking back, each section also has its own Twitter account posting new finds throughout the day. There are also two optional email newsletters:

- a weekly round-up of items ending soon
- a monthly look at the biggest sales in your chosen categories

Alongside football, I've also started expanding into other sports — with similar sites now live for American football, basketball and baseball.
