"Athletics - or cricket or football?"

Although it's called the War Memorial Athletic Ground, the football ground is actually adjacent to Stourbridge Cricket Club, with one of the long sides of the pitch out of bounds to spectators

Location

Not far outside Stourbridge Town Centre and about 1/2 mile from the railway station. Parking on site is limited

View

The Main Stand is along the South side of the ground, with a nother large barrel roofed stand behind the western goal. Clubhouse / changing rooms/ bar / club shop are behind the other goal. The views are good from each.

Toilets in clubhouse, tea bar near the tunnel.

Food & Drink

First ground I've ever been to where they sold Meat Samosas ! Good value and a nice cuppa too

Atmosphere

There for a league game against Barwell. About 300 there, Not much singing but lots of noise
